"Brian's service is honest & flawless. He was early for my appointment, allowed for plenty of practice, and I passed on my first shoot through. Thanks Brian for continuing your service & commitment to the two wheeled community."-Todd, Pacific Beach CA, SV650 "I signed up for the skills pack and couldn't be happier. I feel so much more comfortable on the bike, especially cornering. Calling Brian was by far the best riding decision I ever made. Thanks for everything!!!" -Aaron, Mira Mesa “A HUGE thanks for coming up here to help John out today, he truly had an amazing time with you.” “Just a quick note - to tell you how pleased I am to have passed that CA motorcycle test. You did a great job with the instruction, your DMV Test Bike is fun to ride, and you also have an excellent rapport with the local DMV staff. Everything went great! It feels AWESOME to be street-legal - and out on the road on my Yamaha cruiser. I DO especially want to thank you for the Skills Pack course. Naturally, I came down to San Diego with the thought of the DMV test foremost on my mind. But the skills you went over in the training turned out to be the really good stuff. I came away feeling like I learned a lot - with several important improvements to add to my riding techniques. "The bike was easy to maneuver and Brian prepared me well for the little lesser-known parts of the bike test and that was very much appreciated."-Alan Brian patiently walked me through a bunch of drills that progressively got me very comfortable with his bike. He is friendly, courteous, calm and also a very accomplished rider, and is hence your perfect instructor. Importantly, he walks you through essential components of a bike and what may go wrong and how you should be prepared to handle unexpected situations. I love his CLIPS mantra (which stands for Cover, Look ahead, In slow-out fast, Push in the direction you want to go, Scan) as it is something that is very essential for everyday riding. In the last part of training, he walks you through the actual DMV test (psst...his test is harder) and you will find it a piece of cake to handle. Really, a class such as this does wonders for your confidence for taking the DMV test. Brian also provides additional practice on the day of your exam and will 'facilitate' your getting the M1 stamp on your Class C license. Overall, my experience with Brian was great and I recommend dmvtestbike thoroughly. Aravind Ratnam, SV650 Thank you so much for your words of advice yesterday morning, because that advice, together with your instruction and trusty little Yamaha, enabled me to pass the test. I am very proud right now, and it is a great feeling - all thanks to you. -Mark
"The test was cake. Thanks TEST BIKE for making my California Motorcycle experience come true so quickly. "-Aladdin "Brian, Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE, the "circle" is impossible to do on a sport bike. I would recommend the service to anyone that has a bike bigger than 250cc, save the hassle of doing the test twice! Quick + Easy! Thanks again"-Dave, Yamaha R6 "I guess that I am a “dmv test bike” success story. I got a really good deal on a Yamaha R6 (my first bike), I could ride it fine, safe turns, parking lots ok and the whole bit. I had a pretty good handle on it, but that F#*!ing circle was just unattainable to me. No matter how many nights I went out there I could not make that bike do that damn circle. Well, one day I was looking through the motorcycle section on Craig's List and saw an add about this guy who had a very small and easy to ride bike that he would rent for the test. So, as fed up with that circle as I was I thought “what the hell” and gave him a call. The bike that he showed up on was barley bigger than a beach cruiser and handled just as easily. That circle that I had been having so much trouble with fell to its knees begging for mercy. The FIRST time, no feet, no over the line, just as easy as Brian said it was going to be. Believe me, if you are having trouble with the test and don't have a friend with the right bike for you to pass on give Brian a call, you won't be disappointed.Oh-yea and Brian is a really cool guy too, but you will find that out for yourself."-Pat, Yamaha R6 "I highly recommend using Brian's bike for the DMV test. I don't have a huge bike (750 cc Virago) but I still found it difficult to do "tiny little circles" with it. I failed my first time and a friend referred me to Brian's advertisement. It sounded like a great deal so I went for it. I also referred a friend of mine who had a HUGE bike (A custom built 1600cc Harley) and the was NO WAY he was ever going to pass on that beast! We took the test the same day on Brian's little bike and passed NO PROBLEM AT ALL!!! It is very light and simple to ride. I highly recommend using his bike the first time so you don't have to go through the hassle of going to the DMV twice (Or more for some of you!!)"-Don Evans San Diego, CA Virago 750 |

"In November 2005 I needed to get my motorcycle license quickly so that I could rent a motorcycle while on vacation in Hawaii that same month. I didn't have time to take a weekend class, so I found Brian's service on the Internet. If you already know how to ride a motorcycle, this is a fast and inexpensive way to get your license."-Randy T. |
